Terms & Conditions

How to Reserve a charter 

We require a 25 % deposit of the charter price to make a confrimed reservation. You can place your reservation directly online in real time bookings, or you can call us and we can take your reservation over the phone.

Balance Payment

Your balance payment is made the day of the charter reservation before boarding the vessel.

Payment methods accepted

When making an online reservation we only accept credit and debit cards. For your balance payment we accept cash, pesos or dollars and credit and debit cards along with PayPal.

Surcharge

If choosing to pay your charter balance with a credit, debit or PayPal there is a 3 % surcharge applied to the balance amount.

Cancelation Policy - Voluntary Cancelation

If you choose to cancel your charter reservation we require 7 days prior to the charter date to receive a full refund. If you are canceling with in the 7 days there will be a 25 % cancelation fee.

Cancelation Policy - Bad Weather

In the event there is bad weather on the day of your charter reservation we will work with you the day prior to give you options for a more suitable charter experience. This may require a reschedule or partical discount and if there is n availability then we will issue a full refund.

Pets On Board

We do not accept any kind of pets onboard our vessel.

Dj's on board

Our vessel is not equipped to have any Dj's onboard, we have a sound system onboard with has bluetooth.
